Q: What were your first impressions of Westside?

A: It’s a great side of town, great school, and the people are very prideful.

Q: Do you think you’re the best administrator at the school?

A: Yes, I do my job proficiently and I believe I am the best.

Q: What qualities are required to be a good administrator?

A: Communication, listening, patience, multitasker, dependable.

Q: How much money do you make in a year?

A: No comment

Q: Describe Westside in three or less words.

A: Be Focused Driven

Q: What is your worst experience at a school and what school was it?

A: When our team got shot at in the gym, and he had no comment regarding the school at which this happened.

Q: What is one thing you love and hate about your job?

A: I love student interaction in the community and hate the apathetic behavior of students. I have high expectations for all students.

Q: What are your short term and long term goals for Westside Highschool?

A: My short term goals are improving all systems at the school for students and the community. My long term goals are to sustain success.

Q: What are your own strengths and weaknesses at Westside Highschool?

A: My strengths are that I have a calm demeanor and my weaknesses are that at times I am somewhat impatient.
