The Wolverines varsity football team seems to be having much success this year! But where is it coming from? What was the missing piece?

Wolverine Running back Mari Mayham said that “the coaches are making us work harder than ever.”

Head coach Rodney Dubose was asked what has made this year’s team so much better?

“We are playing together and focused on winning instead of individual success,” Dubose said.

“It all started in the summer when they worked hard an grew as a better team,” said wide receiver coach Mwatha  “Ray” Grant.
