The amount of teachers leaving Westside are increasing. Perhaps they’ve found a higher paying job, or maybe they found out that teaching at Westside wasn’t the best choice for them. Some classes don’t have any teachers, which can create a huge problem for students and can harm the school in general. There’s even a lack of staff members, including lunch ladies. It almost feels like there’s more substitute teachers than permanent teachers!
