What Black History Month means to me is that its a celebration that African-Americans celebrate to honor themselves and the history that took place back then. which back then they enslaved African-Africans in the United States which they were treated wrong. so as African-Americans themselves they have a day of the month or the whole month to celebrate their freedom, independence.
