What’s causing the Teachers to leave?

So much teachers are leaving and disappearing from westside high. Some we have reasons to why they’re leaving while others is still a mystery. It could be due to so much covid cases that the teachers feel unsafe, some got better job offers, and others just lost the passion to teach. A lot of students are happy due to no work but can this cause us to go back to virtual schooling?
