Stealing my moms car! (Getting Caught)

Here’s a Storytime on how I stole my moms car January 20th 2022. First off lets start off with I would use my moms car just to drive around the neighborhood and pick my little sister up from the bus stop and go back home without her knowing that same week.

(Back to the story)

So Thursday I choose to stay home since I honestly didn’t feel like going to school and plus it was a B day so I was fine. Fast forward to around first lunch or whatever and jasmine asked if I could come over just to chill till like 3 pm and I was like sure why not. She then stated why not just pick her up from school since I will be driving to her house anyways. I thought why not since its not far from he house. I later told my friend Salomon that I would be going to the school if he saw me to not be shocked. He then told me he wanted to come along.

That same moment I made a group chat with them to be easier to communicate and we planned to go walk around at Walmart since all of us were broke lol.

The plan was that around 1:50 ish i would tell my mom I would be walking to Dollar General and just pick my little sister right after but she said I couldn’t go and I did try to beg and say It was important but she wouldn’t budge.

After that I told them i might not be able to come and they were like “What just sneak out, she most likely won’t notice you anyways” so I grabbed my bonnet and acted like I was going outside but my auntie last saw me leave the house. I got to the car waited a good 3 minutes till I left to make sure everything would be fine. Then I took the back way out of the neighborhood so my mom couldn’t see the carĀ  leave.

Quick note: My mom don’t drive anymore due to an accident that happened so her car just be catching dust in the drive way practically lol.

I left the house at 1:54 pm and got to the school around 2:20 ish due to school ending there was traffic.

So I’m driving and on the phone with them and I told them I arrived and they got in. We left school and were on our way to Walmart on Collins and Jasmine was like lets pass by my neighborhood since one of her friends told her they saw a car in her driveway but they got the wrong house.

Were driving some more dancing to music and the car announced my mom was calling and my heart dropped so quick. My friends all like don’t pick up but I still did since I didn’t want to seem suspicious.

In the call my mom telling me didn’t she tell me not to leave the house and such then she said where am I and I told her I’m driving in the neighborhood then she took a good minute to process it till she asked driving what car. I took a pause and told her that I took her car and she then started yelling and telling me bring the car home now and one of my friends had hanged up on her while she was driving and we all were scared honestly lol.

I then took them home but only got to take one of them and on the way to his house my mom called me again but I didn’t pick up that time. I’m over here panicking while everyone else is vibing and dancing to the music playing.

So i dropped him off and Jasmine just told me to drop her back at school and made another friend pick her up who was around the school. After that I’m speeding to get home as quick as possible but I was being safe of course.

I finally get to the neighborhood after a good 50 minutes after my mom called and she was standing at the park. She then yelled at me but I had the windows up and was listening to music then she banged on the window and I finally opened it and let her talk and after I offered her a ride but she wasn’t having it lol.

I got home and parked and got lectured by my older sister but it sure was the craziest thing I’ve ever done and my other auntie was proud of me for that lol. Oh and my mom won’t let me drive the car but who cares.

Morale of the story: Go ahead and go on your joyride even though it will have a lot of twist and turns in the end you will have a great memory to think back on. You only live once!
