I love how the focus is self improvment and contestants are encouraged to work on emotional issues and to look beyond the physical.
Each season never fails to disappoint, with many laugh out loud moments and is extremely bingeworthy.
This show is not for people who take life too seriously, the hilarous, witty voiceover already communicates that.
It doesn’t pretend to be deep, it is after all, a light-hearted dating reality TV SHOW and the upside is the transformation of the contestants and on cultivating meaningful relationships.
