I was wrestling for about halfway into the school year.
So during practice, we would condition first, then practice drills, and ending practice around 5 p.m., we’d run in a big circle and coach would call 2 wrestlers to the middle for a 1v1 match.
When I was called to come to the middle, coach put me with this taller girl and we had to go 3 rounds.
I won the first 2 rounds but then on the 3rd round, the girl came down on me trying to pin me, but I turned the wrong way on my ankle and popped it out of place leaving my ankle dislocated.I had to leave the wrestling team soon after.
