Question: What do you enjoy about your job as a teacher?
Answer : ”Well I really enjoy working with the kids, honestly that’s the best part about the job. Everything else is really frustrating like grading, lesson planning, dealing with the other adults in the building and the rules. But the kids even though they can also be frustrating is probably the best part”.
Question: What is the craziest thing you experienced, heard, or seen at westside high school?
Answer: “ Uh last week” She laughs, “No I mean a lot of stuff i’ve been here for nine years so there’s been a lot of crazy stuff. Uh crazy fights, crazy inappropriate things that have happened in classrooms. So i don’t know its just kinda an adventure every year being a teacher because every year has a new set of crazy and you just stop getting shocked by it so its not really crazy anymore cause your just like it’s typical”.
