my story is about my recent wrestling tournament as sun may know this is my last year wrestling.So I have to try the best I can to stay on top and the discipline and dedication you have to put into the sport it’s real it’s not like other sports where you could do what you want do you have to be physically and mentally prepared for what’s ahead of you.

to start off my wonderful story about this wonderful tournament I would’ve had to mentally get  prepared days before I have to go down and cut we that’s where the discipline kicks in and dedication because you cannotmiss weight.After we made it to Wayans, we had a day before the event begun.

The following morning, it was time to get ready for tournamentonce we made it there we started stretching out as a group and then individually and we noticed that our opponents place looking at is targeting us already so we have to fake. Our moves do moves that we don’t do to fool them once we wrestle, we will use our real moves expect the unexpected.have to think smarter I have to at work your opponent have to outsmart your opponent.then we start a Wrestling we coached we teach we helped our teammates the best we could most our team made it to the top three and we’re proud of that cause we worked hard and dedicated to win. We went through the win we pin people we put them on the back we got our points we went to do what we were meant to do and came out on top.
