Nicoletta Christian, 10th grade basketball player and track star from Louisiana; moved to Jacksonville, FL and came to Westside High. Nicoletta or Nicki for short, talks about her first week of school when she came last week. Nicki states “My first day was boring, I didn’t know anybody and I was lonely, the second day was better because of my 7th and 8th block, I made a lot of friends and made newer friends as the next week went on.” I Lena Washington am one of her new friends when she came into Mrs. Maraghy class on that day. I introduced her to my friends as well and now we are all close and cool with each other!
