Q:When did you start working here?
A:I started in 2017.
Q:Why did you want to work here?
A:He came from Arlington middle, there was a position open in the CSS department at Westside so I took it.
Q:What’s your favorite thing about working here?
A:Working with the youth.
Q:Why do you like working with the youth?
A:To change lives and make a difference.
Q:What’s your favorite memory from work?
A:Last year we had a day where the students became administrators and administrators became the students.
Q:Out of the 7 years you’ve worked here what do you rate it 1-10?
A:I’d give it a 8 .The school has got much much better then it once was. Back then like 2017 these kids were off the chain.
